My number one aim is to be authentic with everything I do. This underpins my coaching. I am here for you and I will help you if we are a good fit for each other.

My connection to Mother Earth is strong. I feel her joy and her sorrow. This connection brought me to work with the sacred plant medicine Cacao. Dotted around the world are these plant medicines that have been given to us by Mother Earth and tended to by guardians. Their purpose is to lift us as beings.

In return, we need to honour and respect our home. I use Cacao to spread this message of love, connection and care.

As a follower of the shamanic path, I believe whole heartedly in the benefits of being connected with our spirits and ancestors. I believe in the power of traversing the otherworlds to help our understanding and path of this world.

There are a variety of treatments that come under the shamanic healing bracket. They can be done remotely and in person. If you know what you need or are just intrigued, just reach out.

I refer to this section as The Runes rather than just Runes or what could be more accurately described as Runes Readings as I believe The Runes have an existence. They are so important to delivering a message for whomever listens.

Being based in the UK with strong Irish and Northern Europe heritage, I believe I have a connection to the Runes and have been blessed with the ability of getting messages to people.
