Meet Your Coach, Joe Mugan
Hi, I’m Joe Mugan, a passionate Holistic Health Coach dedicated to helping you create the conditions for good health—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. My journey began with my own health transformation, overcoming stress, weight challenges, and reliance on medication. Embracing a whole food plant-based diet helped me lose 5 stone, reverse medication dependency, and manage autoimmune conditions like Type 1 Diabetes and Coeliac Disease.
Now, as a certified immersive coach, meditation facilitator, plant-based nutrition coach, and shamanic practitioner, I empower others to take control of their health. I focus on stress management, nutrition, and personal growth, guiding clients toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

What happens during the insight call?
You will have filled a form in so we know the discussion points and reason for the call. If a bit more information is needed, then a follow-up form may be sent.
The call lasts just 15-20 minutes and is a deeper dive into your reason for the call along with my recommendations for next steps. This will include some advice you can take with you and start right now, and a personalised plan to help you achieve it under my supervision.
How long does the call take? Where is it?
The call lasts 15-20 minutes and is conducted over Zoom.
What if I’m not ready for coaching?
There is no obligation to sign up to anything. This call is just a fact finding mission and a chance for you to hear what a personalised approach would look like in pursuing an outcome for your situation.
We will literally end the call, wish each other well, and I will send you out the free 4-part meditation audio course.
What are your qualifications?
I am a certified immersive coach and meditation facilitator which has trained me to overcome self-limiting talk and beliefs that stop us progressing. I am also a certified shamanic practitioner and energy healer to help me guide you on your spiritual path. I have also completed the certification in Plant Based Nutrition at the T. Colin Campbell Center of Nutrition Studies.
I am registered with the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine and a student with the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners.
Is it only plant based nutrition?
No. Whilst I am plant based myself. I am studying for a nutrition diploma to make me a registered Nutritionist. This means I understand how the body works with nutrition in general so can guide you on any diet you choose. I would, however, advocate against certain types of diet if they are scientifically proven to work against your best interests.
